Introducing 28 year old Antonio ‘Tony Talks Baldwin. Baldwin is one of the most recognized and sought after comedic influencers on social media. His video content features wig-wearing characters who are influenced by growing up in a household full of women.

Baldwin’s massive audiences across YouTube and Instagram have landed him partnership deals with SnapChat, AirBnb, Sprite, Scope, CitiBank, Verizon and many more.

Antonio was born in Fairfax, VA to loving parents who fully support his alternative lifestyle choices. He now resides in Atlanta, GA. His first video “Clock Out” went viral in 2020, garnering him a whopping 1.66million subscribers on YouTube.  This comedic relief gets to live his best life whilst offering the world a much needed reprieve with his hilariously realistic parodies and skits.

“I’ve always dreamed of being on TV, and in today’s world, we have the power to bring TV to us. YouTube has always felt like my personal version of television, so I thought, Why not create my own channel?”

Comedy has always been Baldwin’s way of communicating. As a child, he admired how laughter
could bring people into the moment and make them feel so present. When questioned on his favourite type of sketch, the comedian points out that whilst he does not have a specific favourtie type of sketch, what excites the comedian the most is how each skit can be so different from the last.

He explains how pre-YouTube, he always aspired to be an actor, specifically, he wanted to be the world’s greatest entertainer! He explains how he always loved the idea of presenting something he had created to an audience. As for his acting career, Baldwin trained at Words In Motion Acting Studio before taking on my first acting role. Lessons which he found invaluable in preparing him for the experience.

“I love the ability to create whatever I want to see in the world, and getting paid to do it! I want to show how rewarding it can be to go after what you want. I’m living proof that consistency can take you far!”

Alongside creating YouTube content, Baldwin has taken on producing his own original film, Boss Up: The Musical. He explains how he has learned so much from both. He feels his sketch comedy work has been more of a natural stepping stone. Either way, both were amazing learning experiences, and he is incredibly grateful for them!

Baldwin admires consistency in creators, and honesty is key no matter the content. As for
actors, Eddie Murphy is a huge inspiration — referencing his versatility and incredible range! The comedian explains how he sometimes gets caught up in making sure every detail—the
angles, the lighting, the colors, is perfect for his audience. However, the draw back is that sometimes he finds himself losing sight of why his audience loved him in the first place.

The comedian explains how knowing that at least one person will benefit from his message. The larger the audience, the more people are impacted. But even if it’s just one, that’s enough for him! With his growing popularity, Baldwin prioritizes his mental health above all else. Once that’s in check, everything else falls into place.

For those aspiring to build their own channel, Baldwin advice is to “just start. It’s really that simple. A lot of people get stuck thinking they need all the “right” equipment or setup, and they never get started. I always tell people to figure it out along the way, you’ll learn more that way”.
