    HR and Payroll Administrator

    Islington Head Office / Hybrid (2 days office / 3 days work from home)
    Start Date: 4th December

    We would like to hear from people who have an interest / some experience within HR & payroll administration.

    You will be joining our existing People team based in Islington, London, working on a hybrid basis of 2 days office and 3 days home working. 


    Role Purpose: 

    • Helping to run monthly payroll for up to 2000 employees.

    • Supporting with HR functions including administration duties, including emails, addendum and working across multiple stakeholders and departments. 

    Key Tasks and Responsibilities: 

    • Payroll duties. 

    • Basic administrative tasks. 

    • Processing monthly payrolls. 

    • Answering email and telephone enquiries. 

    • Issuing statement of earnings and copies of payslips. 

    • General HR admin responsibilities.

    • Supporting Payroll and HR Team. 

    • Must have intermediate to strong IT literacy (Microsoft office).
