22b Carden Avenue is a 24-hour, supporting living service for adults aged 30+ with moderate to severe learning disabilities, physical disabilities, complex health needs, including epilepsy and communication and sensory needs.
People are supported to make informed choices about their lives, focusing on their needs and individual lifestyles, including developing confidence in their own individual abilities, providing social opportunities, developing communication strategies and taking part in meaningful activities both within the home and also the local community. Each individual has a person-centred plan as well as a health action plan. The staff teamwork in partnerships with families, advocates, multi-disciplinary teams, community and health professionals.

Rate: £8.91 per hour
