    This role is a flexible contract which allows you to fit hours around your personal life or studying.

    Location: Burnham-on-Sea, Somerset, TA8

    You will be working as part of a friendly team, supporting vulnerable adults with a range of physical, mental and learning disabilities. Our Bank staff play a vital role in ensuring we can maintain our high level of support during periods of absence such as sickness, or holidays, or when we just need additional help.  The hours are flexible to allow you to work around your own commitments.”  

    As a Bank Support Worker you will play a vital part in providing the people we support with care and be able to profoundly improve their quality of life. You will assist people who are unable to live independently by offering them the practical help they need, as well as emotional support. 

    This may include: 

    • Completing and maintaining detailed records, reports and notes   
    • Cleaning, cooking and shopping  
    • Planning and engaging in activities  
    • Administering and recording medication  
    • Complying with health and safety requirements

    You do not need to have experience to join our team of Bank Support Workers, although a basic level of English and Maths is required. We employ our Bank Team Members based on their values.
