    We provide a supported living service for individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism in the transition period from residential homes, foster care or a family home into more independent living.

    We promote independence and support individuals to access further education, employment, social and recreational activities. Our Person-centred transition plans are developed for each individual to develop their budgeting skills and to become more independent in every aspect of their lives.

    Rate:  £9.50 per hour
