ARCA is a brand-new restaurant and bar concept by two Michelin starred Portuguese chef, Henrique Sá Pessoa, and has opened its doors last autumn.
ARCA means chest in Portuguese. The story behind this is an idea of a historic voyage. Henrique has created a unique menu focusing on the trading routes of Portugal, incorporating traditional dishes with a modern twist using Asian flavours and spices. We are looking for the jewels in our chest to help unlock the ARCA brand.
We are looking for a Bar Manager:

- Can you create an original cocktail list which can compete with the best cocktail bars in Amsterdam?
- Do you want to create a wine list that will work in tandem with a two Michelin starred chef’s food concept?
- Would you like to work within a hospitality team, that will mentor your management style, yet give you freedom to be creative and run your bar as your own department
- As Bar Manager you are the face of the ARCA bar, you are a passionate advocate of our beverage offering, and a visible, hands-on leader who promotes an empowering culture within your team
