Bristol City Council are looking for a Building Safety Manager.
£350 per day Inside IR35 (Could be negotiated).
1 day per week on site.
- The Building Safety Managers role is to ensure the safety of the building, primarily for the safety of all occupants of multi-occupied High-Rise Residential Buildings and designated building types (including Low-Rise Residential Buildings).
- The post holder will be required to be a registered named Building Safety Manager.
- The postholder will be responsible for development, management, distribution of information in relation to the design, construction and maintenance of high-rise residential buildings
