    As the General Manager of a Barchester Care Home you will be a leading face for the delivery of person-centred care that helps set us apart.

    Lindum House located in Beverley, are looking for a person centred Manager on a FTC.Lindum House is a modern, 60 bedded purpose-built home providing personal care and 24-hour nursing support for older people, in addition to those living with disabilities and long-term conditions. Our highly skilled and attentive staff work with residents and their families to create personalised care plans tailored to the specific needs and likes of each resident.

    It is an exciting time to join the Barchester family . We have an ambitious new builds programme, aiming to open 10 brand new purpose-built homes per year. We have also recently embarked on an exciting new acquisition, where we have had a further 24 homes that joined the Barchester portfolio last year.

    As a General Manager you will have full clinical and commercial control of the home and work to develop a coherent and effective team who provide the quality care our residents deserve. Reporting into the Regional Director you will be responsible for maintaining and ensuring compliance in the home as well as maintaining occupancy levels by setting out creative marketing strategies.

    ABOUT YOU
    We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager with a passion for elderly care. This role calls for excellent leadership, organisational and management skills to build strong foundations for our care home. We’re looking for care home, marketing and occupancy management experience, as well as a strong understanding of safeguarding, CQC and compliance guidelines. You should have the confidence to communicate with colleagues at all levels and create strong links within the local community.
