We now have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Chef de Partie with a passion for delivering consistent, high-quality food in the fast-paced kitchen of Chino Latino Restaurant.
Chino Latino, the award-winning Pan-Asian South Bank London Restaurant is located at Park Plaza Riverbank London near Vauxhall Station.
Our Pan-Asian food is served to share and dishes are brought steadily to the table creating an informal yet sophisticated style of eating and drinking – the best way to enjoy the taste sensation that is Chino Latino.
We are looking for our Chef de Partie:
- Who is fanatical about standards and genuinely cares about the quality of the food they prepare
- Who build excellent relationships with kitchen and Front of House team members to keep everything running smoothly
- That shares our values: Trust, Respect, Teamwork, Enthusiasm, Commitment and Care
- With previous experience cooking Pan-Asian cuisine as a Demi Chef de Partie or Chef de Partie in a hotel or restaurant
