Tricuro is seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our next chapter of growth and excellence. As the CEO, you will have the unique opportunity to shape the strategic direction of this vital care provider, ensuring that Tricuro continues to deliver high-quality services to vulnerable adults while achieving operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
Reporting to the Chair of the Board and the Local Authority, you will be responsible for both the overarching leadership and the detailed operational oversight of the organisation. Your primary focus will be to drive the company’s strategic initiatives, setting ambitious goals that align with Tricuro’s mission while fostering a culture of innovation, safety, and high standards. You will ensure that every aspect of the organisation prioritises quality care and that compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements remains a core tenet of the company’s operations.
Your role will involve not only shaping and executing long-term strategic plans but also engaging with key stakeholders, including local authorities, regulatory bodies, and commissioners. As the face of Tricuro, you will cultivate strong relationships with external partners while also focusing on internal development. You will be tasked with motivating and leading a high-performing team, ensuring that all employees are engaged, valued, and aligned with the organisation’s goals and values.
A key aspect of your leadership will involve overseeing the company’s financial and resource management. monitoring performance, safeguarding resources, and ensuring that every service adheres to best practices.
The role of CEO will also see you play a critical part in the innovation and development of new services, as well as overseeing service reconfiguration and business growth. You will identify and capitalise on opportunities to expand Tricuro’s services, working to ensure the organisation remains at the forefront of care provision.
You will bring a proven track record of leadership in health or social care, with extensive experience managing provider services in various settings. Your strategic vision will be complemented by strong financial acumen, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of care sector legislation and safeguarding practices. You will be comfortable working at a senior level in both the public and private sectors, and your ability to navigate complex environments and drive organisational change will be critical to your success.
