    Position Overview

    The Team Lead for Compression is the first-line contact for standard
    business between regional Client Facing Team and the Compressor Product Line
    (CP) The Team Lead supports the regional Client facing Team and the client by
    preparing quotes, project managing orders and providing CP fleet specific know
    how for the covered fleet in the assigned territory.

    Your impact

    • Counsel regions and
      clients (in coordination with the regional Client Facing Team) for the
      covered fleet in the assigned territory regarding performance,
      improvements, outage planning and parts management.
    • Support Client managers in
      the development and execution of an annual plan for meeting the PL target
      and in the development of a country strategy for the product line,
      plans/forecasts order volumes based on potential and budgets assigned
      customers within the assigned territory.
    • Develop specific/bundled
      quotations for pasts, FS, repair, or overhaul and small mods & ups
      work scopes with associated detailed costs. Develop and close
      opportunities in close cooperation with the regions, coordinate handover
      to order execution with specialist departments (e.g. Bid Management,
      Project management, …)
    • Conduct and/or support
      price and scope negotiations with clients in coordination with regional
      CFT, manage claims.
    • Liaise between
      region/client and shop regarding status, scope change, hold points, etc.
    • Interpret customer
      maintenance and/or repair specifications to technical personnel for repair
      and maintenance of equipment.
    • Hold intercompany pricing
      responsibilities and governance for global pricing.
    • Prepare and deliver
      project documentation and progress reports for internal and external
      customers.
    • Perform contact review
      including Terms & Conditions per policy.

    What You Bring

    • Bachelor’s degree
      preferred; high school diploma/GED required.
    • 3+ years of experience in a client service
      role in a relevant industry is required.
    • Experience in customer service with international
      customers in a relevant industry is a must.
    • Applicants must be legally authorized for employment
      in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored
      work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship
      may be eligible for internal transfers.
