A Snapshot of Your Day
Develop and implement internal communication strategies to improve employee cohesion and foster a sense of belonging in Latin America. Lead regional internal communication channels, produce engaging content using AI tools, and stay updated with communication trends. Collaborate with the global Employee Engagement team on high-impact projects to continually improve the employee experience and promote the company’s culture!
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Plan and implement internal events such as general meetings, internal and external fairs, and launches, promoting employee cohesion and engagement.
- Coordinate the adaptation of global internal communication campaigns to the Latin American context, ensuring messages are relevant and effective for local employees.
- Lead organizational change by aligning internal communications with key transformation initiatives in the region.
- Coordinate the logistics of internal events, including coordinating vendors, running budgets, and planning schedules.
- Act as the point of contact and support Communication and Government Affairs activities in South American countries (Argentina, Chile, and Peru), ensuring smooth communication between the company and employees.
- Build and adapt global internal content, such as newsletters, leadership messages, and employee advocacy materials, optimizing their relevance for the audience.
- Be responsible for the creation of visual assets (photos, videos, infographics) used in internal events and other communication channels.
- Support, develop, and implement strategies for employee advocacy to foster the company’s culture and reinforce corporate identity among employees.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational company or public relations agency.
- Validated experience in leading internal communications and executing regional and local communication strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Experience in handling video editing software and graphic materials, as well as AI tools for content creation.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
