    An opportunity to take on a senior data led role in a rapidly growing team within a growing retailer in the UK.

    THE COMPANY

    A UK and global retailer going through a digital transformation and growing within data. This role allows you to access the latest tools, training and development but also be part of and impact the vast growth within the organization.

    THE ROLE

    As the Senior Customer Analyst, you will lead on insight generation into who the customers are and how to better improve their experience. More specifically you will have to:

    • Use SQL to understand and breakdown large sets of data to extract impactful insights on customer lifetime value, customer churn and retention
    • Segment customers through data modelling and deep dive analysis, allowing for targeted marketing and a more personalised customer experience
    • Provide insights to senior stakeholders across the business on who the customers are and how you can engage them
    • Help to build an innovative culture promoting new analytical techniques, new tools and a test and learn culture

    YOUR SKILLS

    The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

    • An expert in SQL (Python/R would be desirable)
    • Good knowledge of customer analytics and KPI’s such as CLV, retention and loyalty
    • Confident providing insights to high level senior stakeholders and conveying complex tech terms in digestible jargon
