    Our client is an excellent Financial Services Company in Kent with a professional modern office-based environment. My client is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Case Specialist to join our Customer Relations team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing case files from application to closing, and providing excellent customer service throughout the process.

    Key Responsibilities for the Customer Relations Case Specialist Job;

    • Manage and prioritize a caseload of customer complaints and cases
    • Adhere to established timelines and deadlines for case resolution
    • Investigate and analyse the details of each case to understand the nature of the complaint
    • Maintain accurate and detailed records of each case
    • Ensure that all activities related to complaint handling comply with internal policies and industry regulations
    • Stay updated on industry best practices in complaint handling and professional codes
    • Contribute to the development of KPI’s
    • Communicate with Senior Specialist and Team Leader to facilitate the resolution of customer complaints.
    • Stay informed about changes in regulations and ensure that the complaint handling process remains compliant

    Required Skills for the Customer Relations Case Specialist Job;

    • GCSE/GCE Qualifications in Maths and English
    • Confident IT skills in Microsoft Word/ Excel and internet
    • Knowledge of FCA’s regulations
    • Professional and friendly communicator: both written and verbally
    • 2 years financial services experience is essential
    • Excellent skills in investigating and analysing
    • Ability to work as part of a team
    • Ability to manage busy complaints case load
