    We are looking for a Doorperson:

    ·         Who has excellent interpersonal skills and is able to connect with others

    ·         Who will manage requests promptly, helpfully, politely and with a caring attitude

    ·         A  Doorperson completes tasks relevant but not limited to the arrival and departure of guest such as greeting, opening doors, offering direction and information, assisting with luggage, handles phone, written and face to face guest requests updating the Hotel Management Systems and liaising with relevant teams to ensure guest satisfaction;

    ·         Who will be responsible for welcoming and assisting guests with delivering or storing their luggage and the delivery of packages

    ·         Who possesses a good command of English and has excellent communication skills

    ·         Who share our values: Trust, Respect, Teamwork, Enthusiasm, Commitment & Care

    ·         With previous experience as a Doorperson is preferable but not essential

    As a Doorperson you will receive:

    ·         30 Days of Holiday a year

    ·         Salary: £10.35 per hour
