    A Snapshot of Your Day 
    Begin the day by managing calendars for the Vice President of Siemens Energy Ventures and the Vice President of Innovation Management. Sort and distribute incoming mail. Support the ventures team with startup community management. Coordinate and arrange meetings, including reserving rooms. Assist in organizing events and workshops. Take notes during key meetings and follow up on action items. Handle travel arrangements and manage expense reporting. Support the procurement process by setting up new suppliers and raising purchase orders. Perform additional duties as required.
    How You’ll Make an Impact 
    • Management of calendars for Vice Presidents of Siemens Energy Ventures and Innovation Management
    • Support for the ventures team with startup community management
    • Sorting and distributing incoming mail
    • Coordination of meetings within the team and with other departments
    • Arrangement of meetings, including room reservations and procedure management
    • Assistance with organizing events and workshops
    • Note-taking during key meetings and following up on action items
    • Handling travel arrangements and expense reporting as needed
    What You Bring
    • Minimum of 2 years’ work experience in managing executive office responsibilities in the area of innovation
    • Completed university degree in Humanities, Business administration or comparable
    • Experience working closely with executives, and their team, optimizing schedules and guiding team members through internal systems
    • Proven strategies for supporting entrepreneurs and using corporate advantages to help them succeed
    • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and other relevant tools and applications
    • Excellent organizational skills, self-starter, and responsibility-taker
    • Full written and spoken proficiency in English is vital, and strong proficiency in German. Other languages are an asset
