    A Snapshot of Your Day 
    You consult with and influence senior leaders and translate business requirements into people practices and utilize the full value chain of HR to derive relevant HR solutions to meet the evolving needs of the business. You play a key role in orchestrating and facilitating changes to leadership and culture of the business, to organizational culture, design and structure.
    How You’ll Make an Impact 
    • Acting as a trusted partner as well as responsibility for global HR topics within the Business Area Grid Technologies
    • Understanding business priorities, deriving strategic directions and ensuring implementation of these in collaboration with HR teams in the regions and centers of excellence
    • Managing HR projects, programs and initiatives for the unit and Grid Technologies overall – also in the context of e.g. ramp-up projects you will be responsible for e.g. compensation and benefits, performance management, talent development programs, succession risk management, delegation and reporting
    • Ensuring the communication of the SE HR people agenda elements to leaders and people within the unit
    • Conducting workshops for implementation of strategic HR initiatives
    • Consulting, coaching and cocreating with the leaders and people in business to build people solutions that support business goals
    • Driving further development of our organization, leading the HR-relevant part of strategic projects and accompanying the organizational development
    • Continuous exchange with the HR team and global HR BPs from other Business Areas for best practices
    What You Bring
    • Master´s degree in business administration, economy, Human Resources or organizational psychology
    • Long-term professional experience in a demanding, international HR environment with profound experience of developing and implementing strategic HR concepts and experience with innovative change efforts
    • Sound understanding of IT Tools, solutions and platforms to accelerate automation and apply the right tools and methods for solutions offered
    • Experience in managing international and interdisciplinary complex projects
    • Excellent English language skills, German language skills would be ideal
    • Strong interpersonal, consultative and coaching skills
    • Willingness to work in a global, flexible team with passion to contribute to the growth of the team
    • Strong analytical skills as well as experience of working with data
