    The primary duty of the Groups Admin Executive is to ensure smooth and efficient execution of all group administrative tasks and deliver accurate and friendly service of a superior quality to all Park Plaza clients, creating customer satisfaction.

    We are looking for a Groups Admin Executive who:

    • Has previous experience working within a hotel Reservations department
    • Has experience in adhering to hotel & company procedures
    • Has excellent customer service skills and is passionate about exceeding guest expectations
    • Can work in a fast-paced working environment and remain calm under pressure
    • Be able to demonstrate experience in complaint handling
    • Can maintain high standards of work whilst dealing with high volume
    • Possesses a good command of English and has excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
    • Has excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills and is able to connect with others.
