As the friendly face of the 494 guestrooms Park Plaza London Waterloo Hotel, you will do more than just welcome our guests. As our Guest Relations Manager, you will support all Front of House departments when needed. This is an exciting role for an ambitious and driven individual who wants to be involved in a variety of different challenges on a daily basis.

    We are looking for a Guest Relations Manager who will:

    • Be capable of managing the Front of House departments and making crucial decisions
    • Ensure guests’ needs are met beyond expectation
    • Play a hands-on role leading by example, and taking opportunities to motivate, train and inspire the Front of House team members
    • Be proficient with Microsoft Office and have excellent knowledge of Opera
    • Be available to work 4 days on, 4 days off, on a 12-hour shift basis (from 8am to 8pm)

    • Have previous experience as a Duty Manager, Guest Relations Manager or similar role in a hotel
