    The Head of Manufacturing Engineering Services will:-

    • Lead all manufacturing and
      CNC programming activities. Establish CNC programming strategies,
      policies, and guidelines, and align these with customer and stakeholder
      needs.
    • This position requires a
      strong technical foundation, strategic planning, and hands-on leadership
      to oversee manufacturing processes and ensure operational efficiency.

    How You’ll Make an Impact

    Team Leadership:

    • Supervise the CNC
      Programming group, guiding a team of managers and professionals.
    • Exhibit strong leadership,
      communication, and social skills.
    • Recruit, interview, hire,
      and train new department personnel.
    • Strategic Management:
    • Identify business
      opportunities across various sites or locations.
    • Handle all critical CNC
      programming operations, ensuring resource optimization and continuous
      process improvements.
    • Stay abreast of the latest
      technologies and methodologies in CNC programming.

    Technical Mentorship:

    • Provide technical
      expertise in CNC programming for various manufacturing methods.
    • Ensure accurate budget
      management and resource allocation.
    • Drive process innovation
      to meet evolving customer needs and enhance overall operational
      strategies.
    • Process and Quality
      Control:
    • Develop and maintain
      detailed documentation, regularly updating processes to align with current
      industry standards.
    • Train and mentor other
      professionals in the CNC programming team.
    • Implement manufacturing
      process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
    • Interpret complex
      machining drawings and validate the accuracy of G & M codes, cutting
      tools, and cutting parameters.

    Niche Expertise:

    • Proficient in Vericut or
      other NC verification software.
    • Skilled in machine
      building and control configuration using Vericut.
    • Experienced in NX Post
      processor development and familiar with Feature-Based Machining (FBM) and
      Machining Knowledge Editor (MKE).
    • Specialized manufacturing
      experience with products such as Centrifugal compressors, Reciprocating
      compressors, Steam turbines, and Gas turbines.

    What You Bring

    • Education: Bachelor’s
      degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical, Industrial & Production
      Engineering. Advanced degree is preferred.
    • Leadership: Minimum of 5
      years of experience in leading teams of professionals.
    • Technical: At least 15
      years of expertise in UG / NX CAD & CAM systems.
    • Collaboration: Shown
      experience in coordinating across different team member groups.
    • Specialization:
      Proficiency in CNC programming for Turning, Milling, Turn-mill, Probe, and
      EDM processes.
