    YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

    You are responsible for a team of around 7 experienced and highly motivated members. The customers serve in the oil&gas industry and can be found all over the world. The sales opportunities are typically complex in nature, with high order volumes. As manager for this team, you are also a member of the global management team for Bid Management and is a key person for driving continuous improvements within the function. In the sales phase the team’s responsibility includes, amongst others, the following tasks:

    • Early positioning work, from a technical perspective
    • Give technical presentations to our customers
    • Prepare bids, technically & to some extent commercially
      • Commenting on customer specifications
      • Define scope & develop cost calculations
    • Engage in technical & commercial clarifications/negotiations
    • Handover won orders to the project execution organization

    All work is performed in close collaboration with a global sales team.
