Under the direct supervision of the Senior Programme Coordinator, overall supervision of the Chief of Mission (CoM), and in collaboration with relevant units at Headquarters and Regional Office, the incumbent shall be responsible and accountable for managing the Protection Unit and Labour Mobility Unit and programmes related to the thematic areas of Protection and Labour Mobility and Social Inclusion (primarily temporary worker schemes and ethical recruitment) of the UK Country Office.
In particular, the incumbent will oversee delivery of projects related to human trafficking and modern slavery, and the UK Seasonal Worker Scheme, and be responsible for developing further project initiatives on these issues.
