    Barchester Healthcare have a newly created HR Advisor position to join our exceptional employee services team.     Working remotely, this varied position will allow you to demonstrate your skills and experience in coaching managers to implement best practice HR policies and procedures in conjunction with a dedicated HR Business Partner.
    NEED TO HAVE:
    • Previous experience in a HR Advisor role
    • Ability to travel across Central England when required, as well as to team meetings in Inverness
    NEED TO DO:
    • Act as first point of contact for home managers seeking HR support and work closely with HRBP team to ensure consistency of service
    • Support in the management of any investigations and disciplinary/grievance matters
    • Deliver any training on core policies
    • Identify changes in legislation and make appropriate recommendations for change of policies
    • Drive improvements in people metrics across the business, including retention and engagement
    • Support with the delivery of key HR initiatives
    • Apply professional judgement and operate within best practice
    • Support the HRBP with sensitive or difficult absence cases working with leaders in the business to ensure all cases are managed appropriately
