As a member of the HR Team, you will understand HR processes and the importance of HR Data to ensure the HR System is meeting the requirements of both the internal HR Team and the wider organisation including Exec level. This will involve auditing the current functionality and looking at ways to enhance further.
This is a 9 month FTC full time onsite position.
Our HR Analyst will have the opportunity to take a proactive approach to this position and will involve reference to various policies and procedures, producing various reports to key stakeholders at Priors Court displaying good analytical skills and have recent experience of IT Software implementation and in maximising the use of web-enabled technologies.
You would enjoy utilising your organisational skills and there is a brief outline below of some of the day to day accountabilities:
Be the main point of contact for all Prior Insight queries from the HR team and staff that relate to the HR function.
Build the HR Analytics functionality and dashboard based on KPI requirements.
Review all current reports with Prior Insight for accuracy. Also identify and build reports that are currently not available.
Work with the HR Team to enhance the HR functionality.
Work with the Payroll Team to enhance the payroll functionality so that processes are more automated.
Creation of data audits within the system to ensure any anomalies are identified and corrected promptly.
Any other tasks as directed to meet the requirements of the role and to always operate in a style that is consistent with the values and vision of Prior’s Court.
This is a Fixed Term contract for an initial period of 9 months.
