This position will primarily support the Priors Court Check-In process to ensure staff are provided with timely and regular feedback sessions in line with the Priors Court performance management strategy.
Working in conjunction with the workforce planning team and the HR Advisor team this role will also provide support to the management of absence tracking across the site predominately within the Residential area.
You will ideally have experience within HR and an understanding of shifts and rotas. We are also seeking someone who has strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and be very comfortable with excel, to gain insight into statistics, data, and reporting. With a can-do attitude, team approach and the ability to work independently, you will be able to naturally build relationships and communicate well at all levels.
