    HR Transformation – Change Lead

    This role is responsible to lead, manage and steer the people side of change related to the Siemens Energy HR Transformation. It includes developing strategy, approaches and plans, consulting and guiding other change management and communication team members and driving activities to support the Siemens Energy HR Transformation.
    How You’ll Make an Impact

    Leading and steering change management activities to build trust, transparency and support impacted groups to adopt new ways of working by applying a structured methodology.
    Using recognized practices, processes and tools, create a strategy to support adoption of the changes.
    Defining and measuring success metrics and monitoring change progress
    Supporting communication efforts by enabling the design, development, delivery and management of key communications.
    Assessing change impact by conducting change impact analyses, assessing change readiness.
    Identifying and active managing of key stakeholders
    Providing input and supporting the design and delivery of training programs
    Establishing and maintaining a change champion network
    Conducting risk assessments throughout the life of the program
    Coaching and guiding sponsors of the change
    Consulting and guiding change management & communication (CM&C) colleagues who support the program at an overall level as well as those team members within workstreams who are leading CM&C for their respective areas.
    Co-ordinating with, coaching and guiding project management teams
    Establishing a strong partnership and close collaboration with workstream leads
    Partnering and consulting with workstream package leads (e.g., Employee Experience) around optimal approaches and strategies for engaging stakeholders
    What you Bring
    Formal qualifications (bachelor’s degree or higher) in HR, Psychology, Business, Communications, or similar
    Several years working and leading change and transformation projects
    Certification in PROSCI or other change management framework
    A proven understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
    Experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methods and tools
    Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal. German or Spanish is helpful but not essential
    Excellent active listening skills and able to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
    Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
    Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
    Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
    Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere
    Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics
    Problem solving and root-cause identification skills
    Able to work effectively at all levels of the organization
    Being a great teammate, working collaboratively with and through others
    Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
    Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
    Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
