
EVP Global Functions
As an IT Project Manager you will be conducting
IT Projects to deliver IT implementation projects and IT improvement projects,
based on our project methodology.

methodology - Drive
the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant
stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility - Ensure
that all assigned projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within
budget - Plan
the implementation of IT application or infrastructure systems, and
propose implementation plans, including make-or-buy studies. - Develop
detailed project plans to monitor, track and report progress - Ensure
resource availability and allocation, and coordinate internal resources
and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects - Manage
changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs - Ensure
alignment with neighbor IT functions and other company functions, to
achieve compliance of IT solutions in project scope, especially regarding
Cybersecurity - Oversee
project-related contract management, focusing on defining work packages,
fixed price contracts and claim management - Report
and escalate to management as needed - Moderate
Steering Committee Meetings, ensuring clear communication of status, risks
and issues, and support decision making - Manage
communications as well as the relationship with all stakeholders - Perform
risk management to minimize project risks - Drive
Organizational Change Management - Create
and maintain comprehensive project documentation - Track
project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of
short and long-term goals. - Perform
other related duties as assigned
What You Bring
- Minimum of 3 years experience
of managing and delivering IT projects, based on an acknowledged industry
standard project methodology, like PMI, Prince, or others. - Ability to motivate and drive
team members and other parties to meet deadlines and budgets. - Strong decision-making
capabilities and business/IT analysis skills. - Culturally aware and know how
to navigate and steer in these different environments/countries to achieve
project delivery - Excellent written and verbal
communication skills - Solid organizational skills,
including attention to detail and multitasking skills. - Strong working knowledge of
Microsoft Office - Experience and knowledge of
PM@Siemens project methodology would be a plus but not essential. - Experience in Agile project
methodology - Budget management awareness and
experience - You have a degree in Computer
science, Business Administration or similar. - You are fluent in English
language. - You have the flexibility to
travel occasionally to project locations (up to 20% of working time). - Experience of working in a
large Global IT organization
