Responsibilities
Working in the service and repair team, you’ll be working with the operation of repairs and learning how to support the service repair team
You will learn:
Swapping out faulty devices
Ensuring repaired devices meet customer requirements
Maintaining stock levels
Helping manage the repair workloads
Maintaining documentation
Resolving issues
Any other reasonable tasks delegated by your line manager
Information Communications Technician Training
During this advanced apprenticeship, you will learn a vast range of knowledge, skills and behaviours,
covering topics such as:
Data Security
Hardware & Software
Computer Networking and so much more.
You will undertake the ground-breaking Professional Apprenticeships ICT Level 3 qualification. Professional Apprenticeships hold the title of Bristol and Bath Apprenticeship Training Provider of the Year for 2021.
