    About the Role:

    As an IT Support Technician at Insight Media, you’ll play a crucial role in our IT team. We’re seeking someone with excellent customer service skills and prior experience probably in a 2nd line IT support role. Join us to contribute to our software testing, maintain support documentation, and collaborate on future product developments.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Log and address support calls promptly
    • Investigate, diagnose, and deploy solutions for support requests
    • Support Microsoft technologies: Windows desktop and servers, MS SQL Server, and IIS
    • Respond professionally to queries via email or telephone
    • Contribute to software testing and logging
    • Maintain and evolve support documentation and procedures
    • Collaborate with the helpdesk team on future product developments

    The Ideal Candidate:

    We’re looking for an individual with:

    • Experience in 1st and 2nd line support in Microsoft Windows environments
    • Good knowledge of network hardware and technologies
    • Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills
    • Excellent telephone and written communication skills
    • Organised and methodical approach to problem-solving
    • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
    • Full driving licence
