    A Snapshot of Your Day

    You will implement IT User Engagement policies, guidelines, programs and standards within the North-America region and communicate changes and impact to their IT environment.

    You work towards IT solutions being used effectively. Define end-user requirements and support their translation into IT demand requirements. Maintain IT key-user coordinator communities. Perform end-user support (e.g. on-site support, VIP support, relocation, supervision of on-site activities of providers, etc.) and/or service desk service. Monitor and regularly report on target achievements. Report accurately and timely to team leader. Execute improvements of procedures and processes. Gain complete understanding of IT separation activities, timelines, technical issues, and solutions in a continuously changing environment. Support change-release processes for implementation of IT systems.

     

    How You’ll Make an Impact

    The candidate must be organized, self-motivated and have skills to tackle problems as they occur and take appropriate steps to solve them in situations where the problem may be difficult or complex. The candidate should have the ability to take direction and switch quickly between tasks. The candidate seeks advice and guidance from Management Team or others for non-routine or other problem areas. The candidate should have the ability to communicate effective with all levels of the organization from Senior Management to Individual Contributor.

     

    What You Bring 

    • 5+ years IT experience with focus on project management, infrastructure, user engagement, budget planning, and leadership of small teams.
    • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or related fields are required.
    • Excellent communication skills-both written and oral, including presentation skills are required.
    • Experience coordinating corporate initiatives and projects. ITIL certification is required and PMP certification strongly recommended.
    • Familiarity with IT Infrastructure Services and Cyber Security concepts are desired.
    • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.

     

    About the Team

    The Technical & User Support team ensures consistent and excellent user experience and resolves user facing local technical support topics (extended arm of Service Desk). We provide user training of IT tools and applications using input from service owner. The team members address local infrastructure topics and projects/ roll out support in alignment with IT Infrastructure and IT Business Partners. IT housekeeping and asset management maintenance, e.g., PCs, Voice, Mobile, Printing. End user communication is part of our delivery process.
