Job Coach


    Prior's Court

    As a Job Coach you will take responsibility for a group of young people in ensuring they are supported to access work through coordination of vocational learning and on/off site jobs

    As part of your role, you will uphold and work towards the vision and aims of Prior’s Court, supporting the organisation’s objectives and living the values.

    You will be required to work collaboratively with internal colleagues and work across all teams at Prior’s Court e.g. Catering/Business/ Housekeeping/Landbased

    The Job Coach is responsible for the delivery of vocational learning programmes through identifying and modelling activities and tasks allowing young people to develop their skills through the use of visual structure.


    Ensuring that individual plans including Person Centred Plans and Individual Learning Plans are correctly followed


    Under the guidance of the Job Coach Coordinator/Careers Lead and working in conjunction with the programme lead, support the planning, set up, implementation and evaluation of learning activities both on and off site.


    Your working hours would be 37.5 hours per week, (8.30 – 16.30 Monday – Friday) 42 weeks per year

    38 x school term weeks

    2 x school training weeks

    2 x Taster Session weeks
