    Job title: Lead Delivery Excellence Manager

    As a Lead Delivery Excellence Manager, you will lead the team and drive innovation. Some of the specific responsibilities include:

    • Leading overall Playbook and PMO strategy

    • Owning development roadmap items from concept to delivery, including full Governance, RACI and business engagement/sign-off.

    • Management of the governance of semi-supported projects to deliver key Consumer Marketing and SoHo programme and project launches to ensure that deliveries land on time, cost and quality – and that our Mobile channels are set up to sell and serve at all times.

    • Look to deliver innovation focus and proof of concepts across PMO Delivery to work faster and better, with efficiencies of task and process.

    About the team:

    The PMO Delivery Excellence Team are responsible for streamlining and where possible automating the delivery of repeatable/ simple projects, as well as PMO governance and process improvement

    Key responsibilities

    • To be accountable for the PMO Delivery Excellence function and roadmap

    • Leading process and workstream innovation

    • Crafting a 2-year roadmap of change and prioritisations

    • Line management of a team of 2 Delivery Excellence managers

    • Responsible for maturing the function/team into a best-in-class delivery function

    The must-haves

    In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;

    • Excellent knowledge of project management and business change principles, with experience leading programmes/ projects.

    • Proven experience in working with a range of stakeholders across the business

    • Proficiency in advanced applications e.g. Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint administration etc.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    • Experience in crafting best practice documentation

    • Able to collate complex requirements and distil a problem statement, and clear recommendations (desirable)

    • Team management (desirable)

    • Creative problem solver (desirable)

    • Lean Six Sigma – Green Belt (desirable)
