How you’ll make an impact?
• Coordinate the receiving and dispatching of inventory items, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to established procedures.
• Ensure that all stock received is thoroughly checked and matches the accompanying documentation, such as purchase orders or delivery receipts.
• Conduct regular cycle counts of the inventory to verify its accuracy and reconcile any discrepancies found.
• Keeping appropriate records/tracker for special tools along with the drawings when required.
• Handling the store material requirements planning according to the inventory minimum limits required.
• Controlling the inventory items subject to expiry & raising a flag to the responsible stakeholders whenever needed.
• Collaboration: Work closely with shipping, order management, and other relevant stakeholders to coordinate stock verification activities and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Process Improvement: Continuously assess inventory control processes and suggest enhancements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and overall effectiveness.
• Compliance and Ethics: Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards related to inventory control and management.
What you bring?
• Business or Engineering Degree is required.
• 2 to 5 Years within the same field/role.
• Excellent analytical and multitasking skills are highly required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication is a must.
• Experience in working in multicultural environments is recommended.
• Good knowledge & skills at Microsoft office applications (Excel, Word & Power point)
