We are recruiting for a Meetings and Events Sales Planning Coordinator for our first art’otel in London!  A premium lifestyle hotel situated in the heart of the new, iconic Battersea Power Station development. Perched on the Electric Boulevard, the 164 keys art’otel London Battersea power station sits in the heart of this newly energised neighbourhood, offering restaurants, bars, shops and galleries, amidst the eye-catching architecture that surrounds the historical Battersea Power Station.

We are looking for a Meetings and Events Sales Planning Coordinator who can:

•                       Help guests and supports guests to ensure they receive the perfect Event or Meeting

•                       Organise and schedule all Meeting & Events according to specific requirements

•                       Meticulously coordinate and plan your events, meet & greet all events taking place

•                       Inject fresh new ideas to drive service standards and encourage repeat business

•                       Engage with Senior Stakeholders on a daily basis

•                       Pro-actively drive incremental spends on events, responsible for all bookings and payments

•                       Communicate all event details to the hotel operational teams through the BEO in a timely and effective manner

•                       Establish and nurture positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business, maintaining customer records on Opera S&C

•                       Demonstrate your passion for events and excellent hospitality
