Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

The client is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. They are recruiting an Mechanical Engineer to join the team located in Darlington.

Purpose of Job

• To ensure client satisfaction and perception by providing effective planned and reactive Mechanical or multi skilled maintenance/repairs to site including processes and procedures.
• Provide support and assistance to Account Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that Planned Preventative Maintenance is carried out in line with task schedules and industry best practices.
• Organise and if necessary, assist in reactive repairs to the sites M&E systems.
• Formulating, Assessing and Validating Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
• Preparation of quotations to client when required,

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience working in Facilities Management.
• Educated in an Mechanocal discipline.
• Experience in air handling, pumps and water.
• Able to be mobile and respond to any urgent queries from the customer which may require site attendance.
• Needs to be able to maintain high standards of service levels with the team.
