    The friendly face of the 118-bedrooms Holmes Hotel, as our Meetings & Events Operations Manager, you will do more than just welcome our guests. With your flair and passion for delivering exceptional service, you will be someone who leads from the front to ensure the team deliver a memorable experience for every guest.

    We are looking for our Meetings & Events Operations Manager, who will:

    • Take pride in ensuring our guests have a seamless experience and enjoy collaborating with other departments. You strive to provide the best service possible with every interaction with our guests from simple enquiries to holding memorable events that our guests don’t stop talking about.
    • Assist and guide the team and assist in the day-to-day running of the department
    • Meticulously coordinate and plan the larger hotel events
    • Inject fresh new ideas to drive service standards and encourage repeat business
    • Engage with Senior Stakeholders on a daily basis
    • Pro-actively drive incremental spending on events
    • To establish and nurture positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
    • Identify and present ideas to enhance revenue
    • Conduct team reviews and develop the team
    • Demonstrate your passion for events and excellent hospitality
    • With previous Meeting & Events Operations Manager
      in a hotel environment

    As our Meeting & Events Operations Manager, you will receive:

    • Two wellness days per year, meaning all team members start with 30 days of holiday per year (pro rata) – these increase with service!
    • Salary: £35,000 per annum plus service charge
