    We are working with a Residential and Commercial high-end Property Developer who is seeking a talented New Home Sales Consultant to join their team and take charge of marketing and selling residential units in a newly built development in the heart of Hackney, the prized jewel of East London.

    Your responsibilities as the
    New Home Sales Consultant will include the following:

    • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to highlight the unique features of the residential units. Conduct property tours and engage with potential residents to highlight the benefits of living in this exceptional development.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers, understanding their needs and preferences. Provide personalized guidance and support throughout the sales process.
    • Leverage your knowledge of Hackney to effectively communicate the neighbourhood’s appeal and lifestyle to potential residents. Serve as a local expert, helping clients envision themselves in their new homes.
    • Work closely with the development team, collaborating on marketing and other initiatives to enhance the overall appeal of the residential units.
    • Generate regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback. Use insights to refine sales strategies and improve customer satisfaction.

    The
    New Home Sales Consultant will be rewarded the following:

    • £28,000 – £30,000 basic
    • £50,000 – £75,000 OTE (based on experience and success!)

    Required Skills for the
    New Home Sales Consultant:

    • Proven experience in residential sales or high-end hospitality or retail.
    • Familiarity with the Hackney area and a deep understanding of its unique charm.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Results-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
    • Enthusiastic and personable, with the ability to connect with a diverse range of clients.
    • Detail-oriented and organised, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
