    As an Occupational
    Health Physician, you will be responsible for leading and managing all
    occupational health activities at the site. You will work closely with a
    multidisciplinary team to ensure compliance with legal requirements, promote
    employee well-being, and support a culture of health and safety. Your role will
    be key in driving preventive health strategies and ensuring the successful
    implementation of occupational health programs.


    How
    You’ll Make an Impact

    • Lead and coordinate the on-site
      medical team, including nurses, paramedics, psychologists, nutritionists,
      and physiotherapists.
    • Ensure compliance with
      occupational health regulations and client-specific requirements.
    • Conduct pre-employment and
      periodic medical evaluations and communicate results effectively.
    • Perform health risk assessments
      based on workplace exposure and client processes.
    • Implement and monitor
      preventive health campaigns and site health inspections.
    • Serve as the primary contact
      for occupational health matters, including emergency response and incident
      reporting (e.g., ST-7).




    What You Bring

    • Bachelor’s
      Degree in Medicine.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience
      in Occupational Health, preferably in manufacturing environments.
    • Solid knowledge of occupational
      health regulations and standards.
    • Intermediate
      English proficiency.
    • Strong leadership,
      communication, and employee engagement skills.
    • Willingness to travel
      nationally up to 10% of the time.
    • Results-driven, adaptable, and
      proactive in promoting health and safety culture.
