Administrator on a 1-year fixed term contract (potential to extend)
to join their team. This is family-owned company that has been established for over 60 years and is continuously developing.This Office Administrator position is based in Witney with free parking on site and will be Mon-Fri, 40 hours per week with a salary in the region of £28,000.You will be required to support the warehouse operation with all administrative tasks relating to stock control in an efficient manner. The ideal candidate would have experience in a Warehouse office environment as well as previous knowledge of stock management systems.Office Administrator duties and experience (to include but not exhaustive)
- Good knowledge of stock management process, including production of relevant paperwork,
- Communicating effectively with customers via phone and email
- Process all stock movements
- Liaise with other departments and customers daily
