Are you seeking a new opportunity as an Operations Coordinator with knowledge of financial services. Our clients, an independent financial advisers are looking to expand their team with a professional to work closely alongside the Operations Director and Operations Manager. The successful candidate must be versatile with a great work ethic and will help the organisation run smoothly. Ultimately, you will work in a support role and oversee many administrative tasks as needed.
Working hours:
- Monday to Friday
The successful Operations Coordinator will be offered:
- £28,000 – £32,000 Basic – depending on experience.
Operations Coordinator requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Operations Coordinator or similar role
- Good time management, prioritisation, and multitasking abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues
- Effective communication, including speaking, writing and active listening
- Able to give and receive feedback and constructive criticism from a variety of channels
- Excellent strategic planning and problem-solving skills
Key duties for the role of Operations Coordinator include, but will not be limited to:
- Work alongside the managing directors
- Assist with the management of daily logistics and activities
- Human Resources Management
- Ensuring Regulatory Compliance
- Maintaining Organisational Efficiency
- Coordinating Events
- Securing Office Premises
