    Are you seeking a new opportunity as an Operations Coordinator with knowledge of financial services. Our clients, an independent financial advisers are looking to expand their team with a professional to work closely alongside the Operations Director and Operations Manager. The successful candidate must be versatile with a great work ethic and will help the organisation run smoothly. Ultimately, you will work in a support role and oversee many administrative tasks as needed.

    Working hours:

    • Monday to Friday

    The successful Operations Coordinator will be offered:

    • £28,000 – £32,000 Basic – depending on experience.

    Operations Coordinator requirements:

    • Proven work experience as an Operations Coordinator or similar role
    • Good time management, prioritisation, and multitasking abilities
    • Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues
    • Effective communication, including speaking, writing and active listening
    • Able to give and receive feedback and constructive criticism from a variety of channels
    • Excellent strategic planning and problem-solving skills

    Key duties for the role of Operations Coordinator include, but will not be limited to:

    • Work alongside the managing directors
    • Assist with the management of daily logistics and activities
    • Human Resources Management
    • Ensuring Regulatory Compliance
    • Maintaining Organisational Efficiency
    • Coordinating Events
    • Securing Office Premises
