    The partnership admin is a key role within our small, highly efficient, and results-driven team. Working as part of the onboarding team the successful candidate will work closely with our referral partners ensuring they refer customers to our events and courses. The role will include some external visits to meet with partners and administrative tasks in line with our funding contracts, job board, and events.

    30 hours per week Monday to Friday 24K FTE

    Successful Mums Career Academy is an award-winning training company providing FREE career training for mums.

    We provide online, accredited funded training to help mums back to work or to start a business. We have helped almost,10,000 women so far.

    The partnership admin is a key role within our small, highly efficient, and results-driven team. Working as part of the onboarding team the successful candidate will work closely with our referral partners ensuring they refer customers to our events and courses. The role will include some external visits to meet with partners and administrative tasks in line with our funding contracts, job board, and events.

    We are looking for an organised people-oriented person with great communication skills, a positive thinker who works well with systems and brings an eye for accuracy when following admin procedures.

    Previous experience of working for a not-for-profit or small community company would be an advantage, although not essential.

    Job Summar

    Partnerships – Referral Partners

    • Working closely with our partners to ensure we have a pipeline of referrals for our courses
    • Maintaining our partner relationships spreadsheet
    • Share relevant promotional opportunities including our latest courses and case studies
    • Attend partner and Successful Mums events to support with registrations
    • Work closely with the wider team to monitor the start numbers required for the events and courses
    • Responding to required event and course numbers to ensure they are fully booked through the referrals
    • Monitor and update the Successful Mums job board on our website, moderating jobs, and liaising with employers
    • Ensuring employer and learner details added to our database in line with GDPR requirements

    Other

    • Administrative tasks relating to our funders, job board and events
    • Attending meetings and career fairs at partner venues
    • Monitoring small projects against course numbers
    • Work with the wider team to identify and co-ordinate case studies to send to partners
    • Ensuring all GDPR and Successful Mums branding is met throughout
    • Sharing data and feedback from employers and partners to identify any new demands or improvements to be made
    • Act as an outstanding ambassador for Successful Mums in line with the core values of the organisations

    Essential

    • Previous experience of working with a range of external customers
    • Exceptional communicator both written and verbal and comfortable talking to a wide range of people
    • Empathy and sensitivity
    • A positive mindset, creative problem-solving skills, and suggesting ways of improving
    • Ability to multi-task , prioritise activities and work to meet deadlines and/or targets
    • Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively with the wider team
    • Confident user of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Zoom and OneDrive

    Desirable

    • Working in a training or education environment
    • An understanding of Government or funding eligibility
    • Project management skills
    • Working in a small /not for profit or community company
    • Using WordPress or another website application
    • Experience of using a Customer Relationship Management tool or database (HubSpot, Insightly or equivalent)
