Power Turbine Design and Drafting Engineer
Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in an Engineering role is required.
• Experience with aeroderivative gas turbine, Power turbines is a preferred.
• Experience in Product definition & design is a must.
• Experience in NX, Teamcenter, Siemens Energy’s GEM & GER is preferred.
Responsibilities
• Provide concept design & input for thermal & MI analysis,
• Create design layouts to check interference, assembly stack-up investigation,
• Check affected components/ assemblies, provide detail design and drafting support.
• Regular interaction with various stakeholders including SMEs while designing various Power Turbine components and GT-30 Exhaust system.
• Completely own the design and drawings during design alterations.
• Conversant with change management process in Siemens Energy.
• Provide support for the repair and overhaul projects.
