combining strategic and business insights with advanced probabilistic
solutions, domain know-how, and novel modeling techniques, you develop
methodologies and tools for reliability-based decision-making that improve the
sustainability and reliability of products, solutions, and services for our
customers.

What You Bring, skills capabilities.
- Hands-on experience in the field of
statistical modelling, numerical simulations, data science, or machine learning - You have excellent analytical skills
and profound expertise in statistical modeling (e.g. uncertainty
quantification, failure analysis, maximum likelihood estimation, random fields) - You demonstrate excellent programming
skills (e.g. C/C++, Python, R) and a good understanding of numerical and
optimization methods - Good to have: Experience in an
industry-related environment (e.g. energy sector). - You are an excellent team player and
like to work in multi-disciplinary teams. - You are open-minded and willing to
learn and constantly improve own skills - You are passionate about data and
analytics, and driving data value across all parts of an organization and
ecosystems - You have excellent writing and
communication skills in English, knowledge of German or any other language is a
plus
How
You’ll Make an Impact
- As part of our global team, you work
as a subject matter expert for developing advanced probabilistic solutions for
applications along the value-chain - You predict component reliability and
develop novel modeling techniques to optimize product design and service
concepts - You support and coach the business in
the application and implementation of new methods for probabilistic analysis,
machine learning, and optimization. - Your tools and methods are broadly
applicable across various areas of the business - You keep up to date with latest
developments in physics-based modelling, advances statistics, and data science
principles and theories to support the business in making truly data-driven
decisions - In a partner ecosystem, you
collaborate with universities, research institutes, and other industrial
players and engage in joint research projects - You document and share methods,
processes, and project results. You regularly communicate and present your
findings
