This collaborative organisation is now seeking an ambitious, hardworking Procurement Manager to join their growing team!
As a Procurement Manager for Hospitality, Capex & Infrastructure, your responsibilities will include:
- Lead sourcing execution and strategy development for related spend areas across Capex & MRO of key hospitality items, looking at areas such as refurbishment, electrical and property maintenance
- Manage key energy suppliers to ensure SLAs are met and adherence to contractual obligations
- Work closely with suppliers to drive warranty management, ensuring data is measured effectively identifying defect quality and issues resolution
- Work closely with key cross-functional stakeholder groups to quantify and report on maintenance agenda
Required Skillset:
- A strong procurement background within a relevant spend area such as capex, hard facilities or MRO
- Strong experience in data analysis, providing reports and presenting these to senior stakeholder groups
- Analytical and logical approach
- Strong Excel acumen
- A polished and articulate communication style, to effectively
