    The Project Management Office (PMO) Professional will support project managers
    for GIS & AIS projects as part of the execution team located in Istanbul.
    This role will be responsible for delivery of the projects in terms of quality
    activities in the business unit and projects as well as following the orders in
    the projects from the creation of the purchase order (PO) to delivery to
    related parties (customer, the site responsible of the project, etc.). The
    successful candidate will work closely with Project Manager and procurement
    teams to ensure projects are executed in accordance with the business strategy.

    What are my responsibilities?

    ·       
    Planning, executing, and reporting for Business Unit
    related quality activities

    ·       
    Monitor and report progress and milestones of the
    projects

    ·       
    Keeping project process documents up to date

    ·       
    Support Project Manager in clarifying customer
    requirements and specifications, during procurement activities and Coordination
    with Supply Chain Management (SCM)

    ·       
    Ensure proper documentation of project results, and of
    all products or technologies delivered


    What do I need to qualify for this job?

    ·       
    Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering

    ·       
    3 years of experience in project management

    ·       
    Knowledge of Primavera

    ·       
    Very good command of English

    ·       
    Strong inter-personal, communication, negotiation
    skills

    ·       
    Be decisive and have strong planning and facilitating
    skills

    ·       
    Enthusiastic, result-oriented, customer focused,
    resourceful, and creative

    ·       
    Strong conceptual problem-solving capabilities and
    willing to travel

    ·       
    To be an independent (when necessary) and
    self-determined worker with very high customer focus and excellent communication
    skills
