    In your role
    as Project Planner – Engineered Parts you start your day by
    facilitating meetings to bring the team up to speed on project statuses and set
    priorities. The selected candidate will focus on managing engineering requests
    and maintaining data in Jira to ensure a smooth workflow for turbo compressor
    projects. Throughout the day, you will plan and schedule orders to ensure
    optimal resource utilization and adherence to project deadlines!

    • Streamline
      engineering workflows by effectively managing SAP and Jira systems to
      enhance project execution.
    • Ensure timely
      delivery of materials and resources through meticulous schedule management
      and procurement processes.
    • Foster a
      collaborative team environment by facilitating communication and knowledge
      sharing through regular meetings.
    • Drive
      continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and
      implementing corrective actions.
    • Act as a key
      liaison between project management and engineering, ensuring alignment
      with business objectives.
    • Contribute to
      the development of new processes that enhance operational efficiency and
      reduce redundancy.

    What You
    Bring

    • Must have a high school diploma or GED that can be verified
    • 1-3 years of experience scheduling and planning is required;
      experience working for an engineering organization is preferred;
      Candidates with more experience may be considered for a more senior level.
    • Experience with SAP, Teamcenter, and Jira along with proficiency in
      Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Suite are preferred.
    • Strong organizational skills and adept at handling various projects
      with effective prioritization. Flexibility and a high level of commitment
      to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
    • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with keen
      attention to detail.
    • A team-oriented mentality with exceptional communication and
      moderation skills.

    Applicants
    must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for
    current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy

    salary range for this position in Olean, New York is $61, 500 – $74,000.

    Specific
    offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, skills,
    certifications, and other business needs. Employees typically do not start at
    the top of the range, though compensation depends on each individual’s
    qualifications.
