Purchase Ledger Assistant



    A well established Carlisle based company are looking to recruit an experienced Purchase Ledger Assistant to joini their team. This role has been created by company growth and this role will be a fantastic opportunity to develop your career.

    Your duties will include :

    • Manage supplier ledger and payment rund
    • Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors
    • Ensure data is maintained and retained in accordance with HMRC and Statutory Audit requirements
    • Maintain/Control of PO and Delivery Notes
    • Reconcile and process PO, delivery notes, invoices and statements
    • Uploading invoices into the financial package (SAGE)
    • Managing emails
    • Setup and maintain supplier accounts

    IT Skills:

    • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
    • Excel Knowledge
    • Essential highly competent Sage 50

    You can expect to receive ongoing training and support and potential (after probation) study support for ongoing AAT study support will be available. 25 days holiday are on offer on top of an early Friday finish
