    We’re looking for a Sales Manager – Out of Home (OOH) to join our Global Partnerships team at The O2. 

    You’ll have an established network and a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset and will challenge the status quo and establish The O2 as a player in the OOH media industry. 

    Working within the AEG Global Partnership Team with primary responsibility for delivering target OOH annual revenue for the media network at The O2, the role also involves working with partnership sales team to explore opportunities for longer term sponsorship deals as well as leveraging relationships with the wider AEG structure, e.g. ASM Global and Kensington Olympia, to secure OOH campaign revenue across the UK venue network. This has a special focus on building relationships via key sponsorship agencies to pitch for business that is booked via this route. 

    You’ll be responsible for developing a detailed understanding of The O2 OOH Network and delivering the OOH annual new business target for The O2. You’ll be a key influencer in developing the future OOH strategy at The O2 including the assets in the network and the pricing and positioning of the OOH assets. 

    Whilst developing, managing and maintaining strong relationships with new business prospects including Agencies. Specialists and direct clients; you’ll manage the day to day relationships with Media Agencies and OOH Specialists and develop & sell creative ideas to generate enhanced revenue e.g. OOH + Activation. 

    We’re looking for someone with a strong understanding of and experience in the OOH industry and the commercial entertainment business. You’ll have a varied and reputable network within the OOH media industry. 

    You’ll have a strong industry knowledge of music, sponsorship, and brand activation and valuable and relevant experience in a marketing and/or sales driven environment. 

    A proactive self-starter with excellent organisational and time management skills; you’ll have excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong track record in building good internal and external working relationships across diverse business areas and functions. 

    With the ability to create excellent sales presentations and sales documentation and a commitment to delivering best in class; you’ll have experience in Photoshop, InDesign, Bylder or other platforms. 

    You’ll want to raise the bar in this role and be solutions focussed; we encourage new ideas and innovation and value everyone’s opinion.
