Sales Manager (w/m/d) Design of Energy Systems

• Enable sales for “classical“ and “new” Siemens Energy decarbonization portfolio via consultative selling
• Collaborate within the Decarb Community of our Regional Hubs, Gas Services Sales and Transformation of Industry
• Support Field Sales in Pre-Acquisition and Project Developments (lead identification and prioritization and initial customer meetings)
• Develop Decarbonization Partnerships with customers and site specific concepts and offers for Energy System Design
• Sell and implement Energy System Design / Decarbonization Consulting projects as enabler for specific Brownfield Transformation projects
• Develop, standardize and scale Decarbonization Consulting offers for integrated brownfield transformation solutions in cooperation with the relevant Siemens Energy units

• Masters Degree in Energy Management, Engineering, Business Administration or related field 
• First professional experience in sales, consultancy and project management in the international Power Generation and Service Business context
• Solid understanding of economics, regulation, funding opportunities and dynamics of Energy Systems in the Power Generation Business, profound understanding of decarbonization drivers
• Ability to develop, market and implement technically as well as commercially energy system design / decarbonization consulting models and projects on a global scale; attention to detail, e.g. in documentation of boundary conditions and provided data
• Excellent team skills with effective communication and interpersonal skills to blend in a multicultural and cross-regional working team.
• Ability to travel globally & fluent English language skills
