A Snapshot of Your Day
As Account Manager Wind Onshore Eastern
Europe (f/m/d) in our Business Unit
Onshore Wind you will be responsible for developing and securing sales
opportunities in selected countries within the Eastern Europe onshore wind
market. You will have overall responsibility for managing the sales project
team during the entire sales phase, ensuring strong customer focus, motivation
of the broader sales team and adherence to highest professional standards. You will
ensure a smooth handover to the project execution team and maintain good
relations with the customer during the execution phase.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Acting as primary face to the customer for your
customer base - Motivating, coordinating and supporting a high
performing sales project team throughout the sales process - Preparing customer meetings, building, and
maintaining a strong network of customer relationships - Developing a strong network of industry
stakeholders in target markets - Understanding customer requirements and
developing bid/negotiation strategies, ensuring that customer requirements are
reflected in proposals - Overall responsibility for timely, competitive,
and compliant submission of proposals to customers - Analysis of market conditions and contribution
to country sales strategy development - Ensuring reliable reporting with the aid of CRM
tools
What You Bring
- Experience of sales project management in
multicultural teams and with highly professional customers - Strong people and project management skills as
well as ability to motivate and engage team members/colleagues - Preferably, experience in project sales in the
renewable energy sector - Preferably, existing network within the East
Europe renewable energy sector - Experience in renewable energy project
development and/or project finance considered beneficial - Experience in contract negotiation of complex
contracts - Ideally, technical understanding of wind
projects - Fluent English, both written and spoken as well
as a further language
